Today, I have switched over my diet from High Protein-Low Carb Diet to Ketogenic Diet which is a High Fat Low Carb instead of the other because I heard this diet is better for strengtening your endurance and brain focus which I need for work.
Also, I am experimenting taking Coffee in the morning or after I wake up to help me lessen the craving due to fasting while I do the household chores.
Still at this date, I haven't started yet my cardio as I still feel weak due probably carbs withdrawal so probably I will have to wait for about 1-2 weeks before I start my exercise or when my body has already adapted to low carb diet or keto.
Furthermore, I ate my OMAD meal around 5-6pm today so I should eat at the same time or beyond by tomorrow to meet the fasting requirement of 23:1
