In this video, we're looking at my meal for my Low Carb Diet - Fitness Journey (Day 6) https://youtu.be/N7kDxAOGSeA Today, I prepared a few carbs such as oatmeal and milk for my coffee but eventually, I didn't continue the oatmeal as I didn't like the taste, so I put it in the fridge instead :D One thing I realized by the way today with my diet, I'm probably going to convert it into a high fat-low carb or Keto Diet as I heard some added benefits that they say about the diet which is it would be better for endurance strength and brain focus which is what really is my goal the reason why I am doing this commitment to myself.
